Welcome to the InOne Agent

The InOne Agent is Apache's own AI. It's loaded with how Apache works, it's safe for company and customer data, and Claude runs inside it.

Get in

1. Go to in-one.com and sign in with your Apache Microsoft account.
2. Click InOne Agent in the menu.
3. Want Claude? Pick Claude Sonnet or Claude Opus from the Model menu. Gemini is the default.

Three things to try

Each one is a button on the first screen.

• Rewrite an email. Paste your draft and say who it's for.
• Summarise notes or a transcript. Paste them in and ask for the short version.
• Ask about a document. Drop the file in and ask your question.

A first prompt for any task

I need to [your task]. Here's what I have: [paste it or drop in the file]. Walk me through it step by step.

One rule: check anything that matters before you act on it. AI can be wrong.

If it doesn't work for you

It can't do your task? Reply to your AI request ticket (or submit one) and say what it missed. IT checks whether you need a paid tool, and what it missed goes to the InOne team as something to build.
